This is the first post on my new blog. I have had this idea for some time now and I am excited to get started. Each edition will showcase a zoo and a nearby independent craft brewery. In addition to sharing my experience with photos, videos and short posts, I will meet with zookeepers and other cited experts whenever possible to bring you the very most accurate and informative content possible. I will take the same approach when visiting breweries by speaking with people who are involved with the production process.
